Our doctors received an extra two years of specialized training after dental school. They are dedicated to treating infants through adolescents and patients with special needs. The additional education builds a strong foundation in child psychology, growth and development, non-pharmacological behavior management, sedation techniques, in-office general anesthesia and hospital dentistry.

I have been taking my now 3 1/2 year old daughter to Bayview since they opened. My daughter loves Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Tera! They are amazing with children and both are surperb dentists! They provide amazing care and are great at what they do! The staff is friendly and professional. The office is immaculately clean!

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that all pregnant women receive oral healthcare and counseling during pregnancy. Research has shown evidence that periodontal disease can increase the risk of preterm birth and low birth weight. Talk to your doctor or dentist about ways you can prevent periodontal disease during pregnancy.

Radiographs are able to detect much more than just cavities. For example, radiographs can observe erupting teeth, diagnose bone diseases, evaluate the results of an injury, or assist in planning orthodontic treatment. Radiographs allow dentists to diagnose and treat health conditions that cannot be detected during a clinical examination alone.
