Our physical therapy is a one-on-one, personalized experience with your Physical Therapist and certified Running Coach, who specializes in biomechanical running analysis, hands-on-care, and comprehensive, individualized program design.We will provide you with everything you need to unlock your potential, recover faster, and come back even stronger than before.

Our passionate team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Running Coaches will help you to reach the finish line confidently and healthily. Your goals are our goals. Marathon Fall is quickly approaching (first day of Fall was 9/22 for anyone who forgot). If you have a major marathon on your calendar, it's been at least two years since you've been in this position.

Performance
Report
An approach that combines physical therapy with performance & strength coaching to maximize your results. Recommendations of exercises and stretches to correct your form and aid in your performance. Classes are built around full-body movements to improve range of motion and dynamic strength. Each class is 50-55min long and consists of a brief warm-up, two rounds of circuit-based exercises, and one round of burnout.
