When I bought my house last year there were a few things I wanted done inside before moving in. Bathroom remodeling, kitchen and laundry room cabinets, wall texturing and painting, baseboard shoe molding. Good to have that stuff done while the house was vacant Since I was new to the area I had no idea how Id coordinate multiple vendors from 200 miles away.
Ann from Don Schmidt referred me to Distinctive Homes and Scott gave me a reasonable estimate for the work I wanted. He has a network of trusted subcontractors and a great supervisor to coordinate the projects. What a relief for me! Everyone
