TeleHealth allows you to meet with your PT with the use of any screen, tablet or device from the comfort of your home!

All physical therapy appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes and are exclusively 1:1 with you and your physical therapist without use of aides or other support personnel. We will incorporate an individualized approach to assessing and treating your body's specific needs. TeleHealth appointments are 55-min treatments with any video-enabled device!

We can provide an encrypted GoogleDoc as an alternative to paper upon request. Please also take time to review the privacy practices. All appointments are scheduled for 55 minutes, 1:1 with your Physical Therapist. We will look comprehensively at your posture, movement, flexibility, strength, activities and more.
