Kids build basic skills at first but follow a progressive training to reach for black belt. Over time they learn the benefits of hard work and perseverance. Adults work on the life-changing skills and confidence that comes from traditional TaeKwonDo as they make their way to black belt and possible becoming an assistant instructor.
An important part of the Journey Martial arts curriculum is the mastering of practical and effective self-defense techniques along with traditional weapons practice. All of the staff members and instructors are really doing GREAT job in this unprecedented and challenging situation. They provide virtual Taekwondo live training video though Zoom and all of us were enjoying a lot by watching and practicing their live teaching video at home.

At Journey Martial Arts, we offer a recreational training experience that builds confidence, improves fitness, and teaches self-defense. Journey Martial Arts is a member of the national organization of Martial Arts Against Bullying. The Lil Tigers program is designed for ages 4-6 years old. The focus of the program for this age group is on building basic physical skills while keeping the classes fun and exciting.
