We're the first American location of the Integrao Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school founded in 1995 in Santos, Brazil. IJJ head instructor Gabriel Martins, teaches solid fundamentals, mixed with a newer, more modern style of Jiu Jitsu being seen around the world today. We provide a comfortable and safe training atmosphere for our students with an emphasis on respect and camaraderie as teammates.

Report
This class is geared toward teaching the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to students ages 16 and older. Students of all experience levels are welcome to attend, but the techniques taught will be basic in nature and the focus will be on the details of movement and position to build the foundation for a successful journey through the Jiu Jitsu ranks.

Promotion day for these two Congrats to @serg.valdes and @d_west11 on the very the well deserved new belts! Taking these guys to compete for the first time is something special for me. It always brings me back to my first tournament. And I remember when my professor at the time @caducavinato and @luizao_valente, took me and my teammate @felipemiaki to a juvenile Sao Paulo State tournament.
