Service men came to house to check on gas fire logs. They quickly discovered the problem and had the gas logs working properly. They answered some questions and stayed to see that everything was running smoothly. Excellent service.

Gene Hurt and his associate did an excellent job listening, and working together with me on diagnosing the source of my issue. Upon identifying the problem area, they were able to quickly use their tools/machines to unclog my drain which a prior company was unable to do. He was also empathetic to my situation as I had recently lost a loved one, so even just acknowledging that in genuine caring way in a very stressful time went along way with me.
