They do a great job cleaning but the communication to get on a regular cleaning schedule is not that great but they are decent at cleaning so I try to work with the time that they communicate with me.

Never replied, 2 messages month apart. Just respond with we are busy is enough, but to ignore both messages is just not worth the business.

Our move-in deep clean was so thorough and meticulously done. Insides of appliances and all cabinets/drawers, surfaces, blinds, etc every nook and cranny was taken care of. Highly recommend!

Communication was easy, response times were quick. I was given an hour window for arrival and the crew arrived 30min after that window--not a huge deal, I understand that the job before mine might have taken longer than expected. The two women were very courteous and kept masks on the whole time. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't terribly impressed with the level of cleanliness (our upstairs still had some dirt on the floors). However, they asked me to inspect the house for anything they might have missed and I didn't ask them to clean the floors again, so it's partially on
