For income properties, our fees range from 5% - 10% of gross income collected, depending on the location, condition and number of units involved. We are happy to give you a quote after a no-cost inspection of the Property. Our standard Management Agreement (for any type of property) covers a thirty-day period and is renewable on a month-to-month basis.
