Today, we manage rentals for clients all across the area, including the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Hermosa Beach & San Pedro. Sheylla Hudson has been the Office Manager for Day & Associates since 2004. She is in charge of accounting/banking for each property to include collecting and depositing rent, owner contributions and overseeing all outgoing payments. Sheylla is also responsible for coordinating with section 8 and various city housing projects.
