Three technicians arrived on time and quickly determined my problems. I was told about optional means of repair and the costs and time. Then they proceeded quickly to fix everything in a short time. After, they cleaned up everything!

I have used Craigs Services many times over the years for replacing and servicing my furnace and AC. I trust them and I was so grateful to realize they also do plumbing when I recently had some plumbing issues in my home.
Jeremy has been so great to come and make suggestions in what would be best in making sure I dont have more plumbing issues to worry about. Its always good to know I have people who not only do excellent work, but to also have people that I can trust in my home.

The first snow of the year coincided with our 30 year old furnace giving up the ghost. Never a thrill in the run up to the Holidays. We contacted Craigs and spoke with Jackie who took care of getting our service rep out as soon as she could. Evan arrived the next morning gave excellent advice, explained what had happened to our furnace and presented us with all our options. He included everything in the cost of the project and why and created trust through knowledge. We completely recommend Craig's and are looking forward to central heat again
