I lived in Eastwood Village for almost 4 years, and it was a wonderful experience. The complex itself is set back a little from the main highway, so it’s very quiet, and it tends to just be a peaceful community in general. It’s well-maintained and very dog-friendly with a dog park and lots of safe areas to walk. The office staff has always been helpful, organized, and easy to communicate with. Evelyn was super quick to answer all my questions about move-out procedures recently, and I got a very detailed move-out statement itemizing every single pro-rated/refunded charge, and my deposit was

My husband and I just moved in and we love it here! There were a few minor things that needed repair and the maintenance team, James and Brandon, were so kind, fast, and efficient. They went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for their skills! Everyone here has been so welcoming and helpful, especially Evelyn and Linda in the office. I highly recommend Eastwood Village Apartments to anyone considering moving here.

Have lived here for a few years and it has been a great living environment! Pool and hot tub are awesome, hiking trails for the dog, and the maintenance is on point. Work orders are quickly taken care of and James has always done a great job on everything we need fixed! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good apartment!

The staff in the office, especially Trina, truly does care about her residents. Since we moved in, she has always addressed me by name and you can tell she loves her job. The maintenance staff has been over the top... every time I put in a request, it is fixed the same day! Even 5 months later, James, makes sure my new dishwasher is still working properly and I don’t have any other concerns! Neighbors are so friendly and quiet- you don’t feel like you live in an apartment! I couldn’t ask for a better home and neighbors!

I can't echo all the concerns expressed by other reviewers. My dealings with the property manager, Catherine, have been good and I've never thought her to be unprofessional in any way. Rent is high for Asheville in general, but this is a great location and has the benefit of being well-maintained, unlike some of the other, cheaper complexes in the area. I rarely hear my neighbors making enough noise as to be inconvenienced by it, but that's really just par for the course if you live in an apartment instead of renting a house. Overall, my year here has been good and I can't really complain much
