Haywood Village is a pet-friendly community. We know your animal is like family to you, so dogs will enjoy lawn space and strolls around the community and West Asheville. Cats will enjoy the breathtaking views and wildlife observation from the windows and porches of your apartment. Pit bulls and Rottweilers or any variation of the breed are prohibited from living at Haywood Village.

Hanging anything from a sprinkler pipe in your apartment or any common area is a direct violation of fire code and will result in fines. If you have pest problems, let the office know ASAP! Pest control is covered by us with exception of pests that you, your guests, or your pets brought in as determined by our pest control company.

For a list of qualification requirements, please see the "Qualification Procedures" document. Along with these forms, please mail two separate checks (one for the security deposit and one for the application fee) to:.
Reserving an Apartment

To reserve an apartment, a $500 security deposit is required with exception to preferred employers which are listed below. Deposits are refundable for three of our business days, which includes Saturdays. After this time, should you choose not to live here, your deposit will be forfeited.
Otherwise, the amount is refundable less a $50 administrative fee upon completion of your Lease Term, proper 60-day written notice, and excellent condition of surrendered apartment.All payments must made out to Haywood Village and in the form of a check or money order.
