I'm purchasing a home from out of state so relying on my providers a bit more than average. Chris did a thorough inspection of the house I'm contracting. Over 4 hours and incredibly detailed notes and photos. Called me afterward to discuss findings and has been readily accessible via text and email as I work through repairs with the sellers.

Needed a follow up exam for items not accessible on inspection day (gas was off and too cool for AC) and easy to work with for additional review.
