Had a great experience with Dale, he came out to do an inspection on an mid-90s house we are working on buying. Very thorough, and well able to explain what he saw, whether it was concerning or not and why, and the suggestions he had. Good knowledge of building code, and historical building norms. Would totally recommend Dale, and have him back for any future inspection or warranty or similar needs!

As a first time home buyer, Dale was able to come out on his day off to perform a home inspection. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Not only did he do it on such a short notice, he cares so much about the people he helps that he did this inspection just days before he was scheduled for surgery.
