Welcome to Fujiyama, the best of Japanese cuisine right in the heart of Prescott, Arizona. After many years "Mama-san" and "Papa-san" sold it to Ryan, who operated it for some years. After a stint as a Teppanyaki Chef in California, Tony came to work for the then-current owner Ryan, studying the operation and meeting the clientele. Then, in 2006, Bao and Tony Vang purchased the restaurant and have been building the business ever since.

Our delicious shrimp and vegetable tempura with chicken teriyaki and a California Roll on the side. Shrimp and assorted vegetables dipped in a light batter and deep-fried to a crisp, golden brown.
