Chef Matthew Crawford is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. He has been a chef now for 25 years, with experience at many top restaurants throughout the Southwest. Recently he was chef at one of Las Vegas's best steakhouse, Vic & Anthony's. Matthew is dedicated to creating original entrees that are made with only the freshest ingredients and make guests want more.
