When Waiting List Application is completed and your background/income is pre-qualified (Income limits do apply for some units), the Property Manager will then review and follow-up with you to let you know your spot on the waiting list and/or let you know when something comes available and your at the top of the waiting list.

TEAM Management, since its inception, has specialized in managing properties designated for affordable housing either through Section 8 or Section 42.
