Most of your miscellaneous repairs would be completed by our in house maintenance team. We do work closely with and manage 3rd party vendors for large scale Electrical, Foundation and HVAC undertakings. We will obtain bids for maintenance and repairs that are not performed by Milwaukee Building Repair and Renovation and present them to the Owner for consideration.
