Looking for a realtor in the Boulder County, Colorado area? Hire Tim Goodacre of Goodacre & Company! Tim has over 30 years of experience buying and selling real estate in the Boulder area. He grew up in Boulder so knows the area from an insider's view. Plus he knows half the town, which leads him to knowing of properties prior to them posting on the MLS. We hired Tim to help us find and purchase a home in Boulder. He patiently showed us 100s of houses, over a year's time. If you are looking for something special in Boulder County, there is really only one choice: Tim Goodacre. Tim maintains a large inventory of pocket listings. These are houses that are for sale but not yet on the market. Since they cannot be found on the MSL, Tim is the only way to see these houses and they are spectacular! Tim also saved us from making a $3 million mistake! We wrote a contract for a house in Niwot with hundreds of acres of Open Space adjoining the front yard. Boulder Countys dirty little secret is that all Open Space is not created equal. As it turns out, this Open Space
