Natalie was smart and knowledgeable from beginning to end. At every showing, she made accurate predictions of how much a house was worth, how much it would appraise for, the current market situation, and how to make a strong but careful offer. She checked in at every deadline to help things to go smoothly. She even showed up to closing to help go over documents and make sure everything matched up, which was particularly useful as a first-time homebuyer. Would recommend her to anybody!

My husband and I recently worked with the Safari Properties team and Natalie. They truly made the sale of our home a breeze! Everything from the home staging, communications, offer acceptance to closing went smoothly. We really did not have to worry about anything as she would regularly touch base with us and make sure everything on both ends was running as it should be and on time. Natalie and Sage were extremely accommodating and helpful while I was purchasing my home. I can not possible say enough about how amazing Natalie and her team are. I was a first time home buyer and I found the Safari Properties team to be knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and a million other things! I highly recommend Colorado Safari Properties.
