About Fryborg
Report
In September of 2003, Jon took a trip to Brussels, Belgium. After visiting a nearby Frietkoten on a gorgeous late summer afternoon, it was there, sitting on a park bench, eating frites out of a paper cone, that he had his epiphany. He thought, Why should Americans have to settle for ketchup as their lone french fry sauce option?

Garlic crusted cheddar cheese curds, deep fried and served with your choice of dipping sauce. One of our most popular specials of all time! The idea for a french fry restaurant first came to Jon when he visited Belgium in 2003. Nine years later, Jon finally decided to not suck at life and, thus, Fryborg was born.
