I can't say enough about Lakeway AC. I have used them in the past and been happy with them thus my call to them again today but after todays visit i had to write a review. I called them this morning about a leaking AC unit due to the drain being clogged and they came out the same day. Ray was the technician. He is excellent. I will definitely ask for him in particular next time. We have had this problem continually as long as we've lived in the house. He noticed something they had capped incorrectly on both our units when they were installed which has contributed to this being an

Our A/C unit went out last night. Called late this morning and Ray was at the house a little after 2 pm. Diagnosed the problem in about ten minutes, fixed it in another fifteen minutes and our unit was humming cold again! He explained as he went, was thoroughly professional and personable, and the price was certainly reasonable. It is obvious this is a wonderful business and were lucky to have them.

Called Lakeway AC & Heating on Friday morning 8:05AM and spoke with Jennifer to schedule an appoint. While I was expecting to hear that the earliest appoint would be days away, Jennifer advised me that she could get someone out before noon the same day.
Ray arrived at about 9:00AM the same morning. Ray was respectful in my home, wore a mask, observed the 6ft social distance, etc. I described the problem with my AC unit and Ray diagnosed and repaired the problem in a very timely manner. In the future, when I need my AC repair, Lakeway AC & Heating will be my first call. I strongly

Our AC went out overnight and they were able to come out to our house by lunchtime to diagnose and fix the problem. Miguel was very professional and took the time to explain our problem to us and what items may need maintenance in the near future. We will use them for all of our heat & AC needs going forward!
