Integrated Life Counseling Center is comprised of several Minnesota state licensed therapists. Our practice is located in a naturesque setting in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, just 1 1/2 miles east of 694. We have over 100 years of collective experience, and serve a board range of client needs. In addition to our regular counseling services, we also provide consultation, and we are available for speaking engagements.

Kathryn N Hall, PsyD, LP

She has over 20 years of clinical experience and has been licensed as a Psychologist since 1997. Kathryn works with adults and children (ages 6 and up) in developing resources for building internal resiliency, while considering the impact of interactions with the world around them. Through exploring connections of mind, body and spirit, she helps individuals and families develop strategies for change.
Marleen Meyer, MSSW, LICSW, MBA

Marleen has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field providing services to all age groups. She has been licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker since 1991. Marleen believes her role in therapy is to help clients find their individual strengths and gifts, guiding and walking alongside them in their healing journey.
Debbi Topel, MA, LMFT

In therapy, Debbi enjoys integrating neurophysiology into her sessions, educating clients and applying this information to their care in layman's terms. She collaborates with each client to both create and engage in their plan for healing. Furthermore, she makes a practice of incorporating the entire person: body, mind, soul and spirit in her work.
Carolyn Twist, MA, LMFT

Carrie utilizes a holistic approach building on strengths with sensitivity to client's values and spirituality. She approaches her role as a therapist as one who accompanies individuals on their journey moving through and past obstacles that have prevented them living to their full potential. She has significant experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness as well as with their families.
