Originally from New York, Dr. Allers graduated from the Royal Veterinary College of London in 2015. After five years in UK veterinary practice, he joined Mills Creek Animal Hospital in 2020. He owns two rescue cats and enjoys outdoor activities with his wife.
Allison Jones
Veterinarian
Dr. Jones earned her veterinary degree from the University of Georgia in 1995. She has served Mills Creek Animal Hospital since 2000, caring for her own four cats, one special-needs dog, and horse. Her interests include dressage and hiking.
Mitchell Mills
Veterinarian
Raised on a Maryland farm, Dr. Mills earned his veterinary degree from Virginia-Maryland College. After mixed-animal practice in Virginia, he joined Mills Creek Animal Hospital in 2021. He enjoys outdoor activities and training his retriever, Kent.
Carley Tramble
Veterinarian
Dr. Tramble began her veterinary career as a kennel assistant before graduating from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine. She relocated to North Carolina with her two German shepherds and four cats, enjoying outdoor activities and travel.

Putting the last of my original (15 yr pack) was more than horrific. Dr. Norris and staff were angels... made my pup's last moments very comfortable. And made me feel like my sweet boy was a superstar.

Very professional and caring staff. Very easy to schedule appts even later in the day like 5pm which helps with work. I appreciate the knowledge and understanding from the doctor and he willingness to explain any issues completely. Prices are about average for the industry.

We love MCAH! The doctors and support staff are wonderful with my nervous nellie dog and are always accommodating to get us in at a time that fits my crazy work schedule. And the clinic itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Two paws up!

We have had nothing but excellent experiences at Mills Creek. They have taken excellent care of both our cats and dog. The value of the services that they offer is great. They have been great during COVID too. My husband gets his works calls done while waiting for our pets to be seen. He loves the efficiency of curbside! We love taking our pets here.

My fur baby, Dexter, has had a lot of issues lately. MCAH has taken amazing care of him and made sure he has everything he needs. They are very responsive, whether it be via email or phone.
