Total body resistance exercise (TRX) is a form of exercise born in the Navy SEALs that works all body muscles and strength. With our high- and low-intensity workouts, you'll gradually develop greater strength, agility and stability. Challenge your cardiovascular capacity with this metabolic-conditioning workout (MetCon).

You'll increase your metabolism as you burn fat at a rapid pace, thereby giving your body a kickstart. You'll enjoy more energy as a result. Don't like working out in large groups? We offer classes for small groups as well so that you can receive more personalized attention and small corrections in form during class time.
