Some workouts will be designed for a full body blast, and other classes will target specific muscle groups.
Glute Therapy

This 45-65 minute workout will selectively target all of the numerous sub-divisions of the Gluteal Complex! This class will expose you to a barrage of glute-targeted movements, challenging you far beyond basic squats. Glute training is where Fit Therapy's special resistance training equipment really shines!
