This company needs some competition. I suggest Coastal Farm and Ranch. They can order anything you want and the service and staff is so much more pleasant.

I don't even want to give this company 1 star. I entered the store and was greeted by a salesman. I then asked him if they sold 8" Duravent stove pipe and he said yes. I then told him it was for a "The Earth" model wood stove and he twisted around and said "Oh jeez" loudly. I thought maybe he had done something in his pants and asked him what was wrong. He then replied that I would need an adapter and he didn't know if they had one. I replied that I asked about stove pipe and not an adapter. He then threw his arms up in the air and stormed off like a hurt spoiled child to the back of the store

These people are dishonest, the deal they give you one visit changes the next. They can be impossible to get ahold of if you do make the mistake of buying anything. The employee s are personally creepy wierd trash.

Stopped in the store to talk to someone about the pellet stove in the home we are renting. We couldn't get it to work, the gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable & took the time to explain the process of getting the stove to light, then the blower will kick on etc. Many Thanks!

Great service except they charged me $100 for the delivery of my stove and so did their delivery company. When I asked their delivery boys about it they said Id have to deal with it because theyre the only game in town. Just make sure EVERYTHING is on the receipt. The stove was the one I wanted and at a good price but I ultimately paid as much as if I would have gone to Coastal. Sorry guys this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
