I've had two inspections done on two different houses in two different cities. Robert Williams came out both times and was so thorough. He actually beat me to both appointments and was already on the roof checking it out! I have referred Ralph's to my realtor to give to her new clients and also to random people. When I buy another property I will be using them again.
