Large prawns marinated in a spicy mixture of garlic & chipotle peppers, sauteed with pineapple. Deep fried jumbo prawns, carrots, onions, & zucchini served with our special aioli dipping sauce. Starting in 2014, Maya Palenque Restaurant was purchased by two standing employees, Carlos a 23 and Joe a 14 year Maya Palenque's family members.

Together, they have reinvented the Maya Palenque restaurant by just polishing the jewel which was left to them.
