They would show up for maintenance quickly when needed and also do a once yearly walkthrough where their maintenance guys proactively take care of stuff before it's a problem. Got most of my deposit back too, I'd rent from them again and was just checking their website for rentals when I decided to leave a review.

Even if you do not have any pets, you only have a service animal, or the residence you are applying for does not allow pets, you still must complete the screening.
