Alta Vista does a terrific job. Everything is timely and proactive, and we get plenty of notification if there is a problem at our rental, so we have time to figure out the best path forward. Our statements are on time every month and we get quick positive responses to any questions that we have. We just don't have any recommendations for improvement.

The fastest way to address a maintenance issue is to report it online through the tenant portal. If there is fire, any threat to your safety, or late night noise complaints, please call 911. As noted in your lease, it is the tenant's responsibility to transfer and pay for all utilities (Gas & Electric, Trash, Water, Sewer, TV, Phone, Internet, etc.) unless otherwise stated in writing by Alta Vista Properties.

Rent is due on the first of every month. At move-in, you are invited to set up electronic payments via our online system, making it very easy to pay rent on time. It can be paid electronically with an e-check or a credit card. In addition, tenants are always welcome to mail or bring their rent check to our office.
