At Ground Floor Home Inspection we truly believe in family. Our inspection reports are prepared with the safety of you and your family first and foremost. We also take very seriously your investment, and making sure we add value to your investment by providing you a detailed, quality home inspection report.

Our Home Inspector will review the detailed report with you if requested to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation.
Radon

Ground Floor Home Inspection, LLC is a qualified radon testing service, having completed the Radon Measurement Operator Proficiency course through the Radon Testing Corporation of America. We use a variety of measuring devices that are placed in the lowest level of the residence for a minimum period of 48 hours.

Chris Kjeldsen is the owner of Ground Floor Home Inspection and one of a few national technical trainers for American Home Inspector Training (AHIT). We now have FOUR CE-credit classes for Realtors approved by DORA, and TWO classes that focus on realtor safety (not CE approved by DORA). We'd love to have one or more of our qualified inspector/instructors on your schedule if you host CE classes or even "Lunch and Learns."
