I was referred to Axium to inspect my son's first home. The customer care over the phone gave me high expectation and reassurance that I didn't have to worry any more. I was very pleased and impressed with how cordial and fast the information was sent out to arrange the inspection, the follow-up from the phone call, the text messages, to the day of inspection the overall professionalism of the inspector and follow-up after the inspection. Thanh was extremely professional, courteous, thorough in his inspection of the house we're trying to buy. He caught more than we expected, and many of his findings were quite eye-opening to us. I would highly recommend using him, and Axium. Not only did they do the full inspection of the house, but they also did a radon test and sewer scope as well. They were great to partner with, and I would definitely use them again.

I am finishing up with building a new construction home and just knew that I needed another set of qualified, professional eyes. Our home inspector, John Chapman, got to my house before I could - bright and early before our 8 am appt. John was polite, efficient, communicative ,and focused. Leading up to our home inspection, I had an excellent experience with customer services as I made arrangements for the home inspection that consisted of various changes in the planning phase. This is my first home purchase and I know to absolutely use Axium Inspections again to inspect my real estate purchases
