I had another great experience today at Dr. Smallwoods office. His staff got me right in at my apptm time. His hygienist is so professional and did an amazing job where it didnt hurt at all and my teeth feel so clean. I am already looking forward to my next apptm.

Dr Smallwood & staff are extremely professional and responsive. I needed emergency attention and they responded immediately with staff members getting me in the same day. Dr Smallwood attended to my needs with the kind of concern and attention that I truly appreciate. This is an All Star team!!! Dr Smallwood and his team are kind, friendly and always helpful. My experience has been wonderful every time. I love how clean the office is, restroom as well. When I call and leave messages, I have gotten a response very quickly. Im glad to have finally found a great dentist and staff.

Edit oct 25th: got a piece of paper in the mail saying my insurance didn't cover their original estimate and now I'm being charged another $800. Don't take their original estimates to be accurate they said on the phone. If the estimate is not accurate they sure did portray the original cost as if it was 100% accurate.

I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment time and everyone has been kind and pleasant. Invisalign has done a beautiful job of correcting my bite and I have no more TMJ pain. The office itself is beautiful and they use the newest in technology to assist with scanning, correcting and improving my my teeth and my bite! Thank you, Dr Smallwood and staff!
