In 1994, Shuhei opened in its current location, attracting customers from around the world, including business clientele from Fortune 500 companies, athletes and entertainment industry professionals, and local customers who have come to rely on Shuhei for a unique and special dining experience. Owner and Chef Hiroshi Tsuji graduated from the prestigious and world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

One piece each of Tuna, Yellowtail, and Fresh Salmon nigiri and one California Roll inside out with fish roe. Thinly sliced raw fish over soba noodles with a ginger garlic citrus soy and fresh vegetables. Choice of Tuna, Yellowtail or Fresh Salmon. Cooked octopus or shrimp with cucumber slices and wakame seaweed in a tangy rice vinegar dressing.

Shuhei is proud to cater a variety of private events for its clientele. Our private dining room can accommodate 40 guests, while the restaurant as a whole can serve up to 100-150 guests. Our restaurant is proud to have hosted a multitude of corporate parties, especially during the holiday season, and has accommodated rehearsal dinners, bar mitzvahs, and family parties.
