You find out how good having an insurance agent is when you actually have an insured loss. That happened to me with my '68 Cadillac Eldorado this past Oct. I got rear ended going to a cruise night. I was about 1000' from the place. Luckily there were no injuries. After dealing with swapping info with the other party I called Georgetown to find out what procedure was since I was relatively new to them and Hagerty insurance. They were concerned about myself and my wife. Once I assured them we were fine they gave me the info I needed to file my claim the next morning. They were very proffesional with

I bought my first car, which meant getting my own insurance. Working with Treva has been great. She made the process easy and was consistent in communication. Answered all my constant questions and always got back to me before the day ended. Something very note worthy is them finding the right policy for you, going through all scenarios and probabilities for coverage. I will likely continue my coverage through Georgetown Insurance as long as I can.
