If you are a prospective tenant, please review the following and then submit your application online. Each occupant over 18 will need to fill out an application. It is $35 non-refundable application fee to process your application. There is a convenience fee to pay online, this fee varies from $2.95 when using ACH (echeck) or $2.95+3% of payment total if using a credit or debit card.

Pursuing a vision of innovative and honest residential developments, we became pioneers of compact residential units and senior housing. Over the next 17 years, we broadened our reach into five western states, constructing thousands of new residential units.
