I put a good review on Angie's list, but come to find out this guy got over on me. He was supposed to show up on the day of of our closing . My wife sent an email letting him know what date and time to come . He called me 5 hours later. While we were in the business of closing on the house.saying he thought he was suppose to come the next day. Straight sent off. He didn't compensate for our inconvenience and lack of agreement. Im late posting this cause between getting the house together and having death in the family and friends it was hard. I would never refer him to no one.

Mr. Gray was very professional. Since I'm an FHA buyer, this was my first home inspection experience. I arrived early and Mr. Gray already had his knee pads on walking from around the back of the house. Even though the tenants were not dressed and ready for us to enter, that did not stop Mr. Gray from doing his job. I honestly did not realize he had been on top of the garage, inspected every area around the house and took photos of the roof. He is fast and I believe his pricing is fair. Thank you so much for a wonderful first experience. I highly recommend his services.

My experience was amazing. Guy was on time. Actually he was there 30 mins before the schedule time and already started. Guy was very detailed about my inspection and i appreciates this since i am a first time home buyer. He wasn’t able to get into the garage and he came back a couple days later and was able to finish the inspection. I loved working with this company and i would highly recommend them.
