Application Process

All applications must be fully complete to hold your place in line. Should you not submit all documents needed by the deadline, we will cancel your application and move on. Provide the minimum required Tenant Liability or Renter Insurance- Resident will not be able to move in without this. The co-signer must meet all of the above criteria with 5x the monthly rent in verifiable income and complete an application.
Maintenance Request

Except in cases of emergency, all requests for repairs, and all notices regarding the condition of the Property should be made to us in writing through your online portal. This will ensure that we receive and properly process your request or notice. In the event of a leak, loss of only bathroom or fire - please do what you can to stabilize the situation and call 619-286-7600 - follow the prompts!
