Staff are available Monday-Friday 9AM-7PM and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-3PM. Members have 24/7 access outside these hours.

This is a great gym! Its very quiet, not to crowded, and in a good location! Hunter is a great trainer! Kathy was super friendly and the sign up process was quick and easy! Their membership is very affordable also! Highly recommend!

A real gym with people who are truly passionate about both the sport and lifestyle of lifting behind it. This hallowed ground is truly the most redpilled place in the Floridian panhandle and deserves your time and dedication should you be either a local or someone stopping by for a pump.

This gym is what you need if you dislike your typical commercial gym. Loads of different equipment and plenty of opportunities to grow. This place is great for beginners all the way to pros.

Best gym in town hands down. If you want to get serious about your health and are tired of commercial gym atmospheres then do yourself a favor and check out The Bar. I got started in powerlifting back in August of last year and I'm hooked. I even got my 9 year old daughter hooked. So much so that we competed in our first powerlifting competition, Bending the Bar, back in February. Whatever your goals are they can help you achieve them, but it's ultimately on you to make to happen. Get out of your head and get after it. No one is stopping you, but you.
