Krav Maga is an Israeli self defense that was originally developed for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) by Imi Lichtenfeld in the 1930s. Our lead instructor comes from a direct lineage from Imi. Krav Maga is known for using simultaneous offensive and defensive techniques that are built off natural human reactions.
Krav has taken different techniques from other martial arts and made it their own while specializing in no rules street defense and weapons defenses. Our owner and lead instructor has been living in Westchester for the past twenty two years. He actually started his martial arts journey in Westchester with Tae Kwon Do before venturing off into other systems.

Class Descriptions

Our intro class is designed for new Krav Maga students. The goal of this entry-level classes is to teach the basics of fighting and self defense principles. Students will learn how to get into a fighting stance and movement, as well as learn various punches and kicks from a standing position, as well as from the ground.
Pricing
Report
We do not believe in enrollment fees or that that you should be charged to sign a contract. Therefore, none of our plans have an enrollment fee. When you become a member, you are allowed access to all of the classes with the exception of intermediate and advanced classes (highlighted on schedule). Six month contract - $180/month.
