If I could give this agency a negative rating I would. The people are rude and on top of that don't seem to know their jobs. One person told me after dialing for days and not being able to get in touch with anyone, that they don't work during the mid-day...what's this all about. There are shortages of workers and for some reason or other these individuals seem to be playing "God"! Just do your job assisting others in getting a job or straightening up issues and concerns.

Called to ask a question and was hung up on. I thought it was a transfer error so I called back and the same lady hung up on me again immediately and then refused to even answer my 3rd call. As I can see form the other review this company has many many people working for them that do not take customer service seriously and a few good ones that are being dragged down by the rest through association.
