A native of Williston, Dr. Bullock graduated from Williston High School in 1977, attended Auburn University for undergraduate, and in 1984 graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. After a year of practicing in Wauchula, he returned to Williston in 1985, he and his wife Winky founded Levy Animal Clinic.

Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

We recommend that all pets receive an examination before any services are performed. This requirement is a legal one that establishes a veterinary-client-patient relationship. After that, we recommend that all pets receiving any service be examined by one of our veterinarians yearly. It is important to stay current on vaccinations and to catch potential problems early, as certain problems could lead to serious illness if left untreated.
