What is posture alignment therapy

Posture Alignment Therapy is a corrective exercise program that addresses the muscular imbalances that cause misaligned joint position, faulty movements patterns and eventual pain/symptoms. We look at the body as a whole, not just where you are presenting with symptoms, to put the posture puzzle pieces together.

How long until I feel results? This varies from person to person. It is important to remember that dysfunctions develop over time and it will take time to correct your unique dysfunctions. It is common for your symptoms to subside temporarily after completing your menu, only to come back later. Muscles need time to be re-educated but as you become more functional, the time of relief should get longer and longer until permanently eliminated.

Kaylie uses the Egoscue Method of postural alignment and Z Health brain-based training to provide you with a unique and fun movement experience.
Alignment Classes

What: Function and Flow class uses postural alignment exercises from The Egoscue Method and applied neurology drills from Z Health Performance to reduce pain and improve posture, balance, flexibility, energy and function. Class will last about 45 minutes with time for questions at the end. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure you don't have any technical issues for class.
