The property next door on Teesdale Crt is barely kept up by renter and several neighbors called to complain about overgrown back yard. We cant get response or anything done by this management company. Going to contact the town of lexington next!

We rent 2 Commercial offices from them and our house and we are very happy doing all our business with them. Miriam is always so polite when you walk in and our request are always fixed in a timely manner.

Be careful this company will nickel and dime you. Going on 3 months as them being our property manager and they have nickeled and dimes us to the point where my wife and I are still coming out of pocket to cover the mortgage and havent made a single dime of profit. Also watch out if they offer a discount they will not discount their property management fee and will over charge you for making a place move in ready and you will have to fight it on the backend. Believe me find a different company to work with.
