Serving the greater Renton Highlands neighborhood since 2004, East Highlands Fitness is a small gym with a community feel that has all the power and specialized equipment of a larger gym. We have an excellent Personal Training team, Certified Nutrition Coaches and knowledgeable staff to make sure you have everything you need.
Group Classes

East Highlands Fitness has it all: Bootcamps, yoga, high impact, low impact, dancing and spinning. We've got the classes that will put the fun in your fitness! Our Bootcamps are a fun fitness program for men and women who are serious about getting results! Don't be intimidated by the word "Bootcamp", each session is simply a full-body workout class.
Infrared Sauna

There's one big difference between traditional steam and infrared saunas: the temperature. Typical steam saunas operate at high temperatures (between 150 and 195° F), but infrared saunas run at cooler temperatures (around 140° F), making them much more comfortable. Both types have very similar benefits, but the body heating methods are different.
InBody Analysis
Report
Safe, low-level currents are sent through the body through the hand and foot electrodes. The impedance the currents encounter are measured, and from there, your body composition is derived. Each InBody Test will print out a full-page results sheet detailing complete body composition of the user. With each test you will be able to see your body fat percentage, total pounds of body fat, lean body mass, and your basal metabolic rate.
