Jiu-Jitsu
Report
Translated as the "flexible art" has been practiced by Japanese martial artists for centuries. Originally developed as a method of close combat designed to defeat an armed and armored opponent, the style emphasizes manipulating an opponent's force in order to impose one's own techniques and submissions.
Muay Thai
Report
This martial arts is known as the national sport of Thailand. Otherwise known as "the art of 8 limbs", a nod to the knees, elbows, hands and feet that are allowed - and encouraged - to be used in sport, muay thai is widely recognized as the most complete striking art in the world.

Our head coach, Fumihiro Tanno-, teaches an incredible mix of modern and classic muay thai, incorporating traditional techniques with athleticism picked up from training Dutch kickboxing and western boxing. You'll be sure to break a sweat and break a smile in the fast-paced, fun, and energetic class that has our community of competitors and beginners, coming back for more!
