With over 20 years of personal training experience, I specialize in strength, core, and functional training. I also provide yoga/stretching, body sculpting, lifestyle & weight management, nutrition, and wellness coaching. I have over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer. Before becoming a trainer, I placed Silver in the Ms. Philippines Body Building Competition in 2002. My focus is in functional & core training, lifestyle & weight management, muscle toning, body sculpting, strength conditioning as well as a holistic approach to nutrition and physical & mental wellness.
