Small Group Training SGX

Our onsite and online small group, 45-minute workouts are full body, cardio demanding, strength oriented with a strict attention to form and safety. They mix high-intensity interval training with bursts of cardio exercise - so there's minimal rest between sets. Online training is conducted via ZOOM.

Your coach monitors your food and cardiovascular exercise logs weekly, so you're less tempted to cheat or miss a workout. Your coach helps you stay on track and customizes your program for maximum results. This 12-week program encourages you to make simple, sustainable changes to the way you eat and how you think about food.
Fitness and Movement Assessment

A REAL RESULTS coach will check your posture, ease and range of movement, flexibility, balance and more. Your weight and body fat percentage will be noted, along with data such as your heart rate and blood pressure. This is a necessary first step before starting any exercise program. You and your coach will know what you're capable of doing safely.
